[Gasification] Energy prices

The general questions are: what is the cost of generating power as a small
producer e.g. 1.5 MWe) and what are the potential revenues. Current
cogeneration contracts and sawmills should be an indication. The power
purchase agreement (PPA) is one component but for a small facility the
demand charges and other costs may be significant.

In the Pacific Northwest you'd be lucky to get a PPA for $0.06/kWh.
Depending on the fuel sources there may be incentives that apply. We have
one equal to $10/ton biomass. $0.07/kWh gross is not likely to cover the
costs of capital and operation.
