Don't bother, it's a perpetual motion machine:
- use electricity to create a 6000 degree F arc under water.
- use this to convert water and carbon into CO+H2
- then burn that as a clean fuel in an internal combustion engine.
- Source of electricity to produce the arc to produce the CO+H2: the
vehicle's battery and alternator
- (oh, and by the way it's all microprocessor controlled)
Here's a perpetual motion machine that is a lot closer to working than
the above invention:
- a battery
- battery drives a motor
- motor drives a load
- motor also drives an alternator to keep the battery charged up, of
course
Though that sounds a little ridiculous and impractical when put in such
simple terms, doesn't it...? ;-)
The fact that patents like this are granted, make you lost just a little
bit of respect for the patent office. Argh!
