Peter,

I appreciate your interest in OT technologies:

We all want to be imaginative, even creative with gas cleaning technologies,
but PSA gas separation is not gas cleaning, it's more about air separation.

And how frustrating it is for people interested in gasification to dump most
of the 450 postings to this GASIFICATION FORUM last month.

It would really help if you first made your own producer gas with a
gasification process, then posted suggestions on what needs to be studied
about GASIFICATION TECHNOLOGY. Did I shout that I wonder, or was it an echo
of frustration from those finding yet another technical web site full of
confused information. Some of you guys need to communicate personally, not
clutter this forum with a deluge of "look at this, how clever, we must offer
comment", like kids at a toy shop window.

I do not enjoy being annoyed at any sort of enthusiastic discussion, but
self discipline is the first rule of gasification, and a lesson that was
very expensive for some to learn. There are no shortcuts, no easy simple
solutions to be discovered, until you learn to make a tar free producer gas,
but make some gas first.

Doug Williams.
