Peter,
You have a pretty outdated view of the world of gasification. "India" as you
call it and China are on this list along with 800 others. There have been
many reports of current activities in both countries that you just haven't
paid any attention to. Most of the information on India and China that you
have just discovered has been reported either here on this list, on sites
that have been linked on this list, or on the Gasification website at:
http://gasifiers.bioenergylists.org/?q=taxonomy/term/74
This is a gasification list. There are other lists for discussing anaerobic
digestion. Anaerobic digestors at the individual home scale have been
discussed on the Stoves list. Saibhaskar Reddy whom you quote is an active
participant on that list as are others like AD Karve (ARTI, India). The ARTI
Compact Biogas digester has been one of the most popular topics on both the
stoves and digestion lists and websites. Larger digestors are discussed on
the digestion list.

Every time you and others start venting their personal and political
philosophies we lose list participants. I don't blame them for leaving. We
are volunteer hosts and moderators on this list so we expect participants to
behave responsibly. We can't be expected to waste our time keeping you on
topic. Spare us the politics and the long winded diatribes and stay on
topic.
A low cost, reliable small scale gasifier genset with 6,000 hours on it is
something you seem to be asking for. That's something we don't see very
often. So how many hours of operation do you have on your Chinese gasifier?
You've spent a lot of bandwidth on it. Is it up and running?
