[Gasification] Plasma Arcs Fix Nitrogen.

Philippe, thankyou very much for a lead back into  electric arc fixation of Nitrogen on the small scale.   I have a feeling that this guy hasnever actualy tried some of these ideas and can comment on their efficiency but fopr me its a good start. Thanks once again.  Ken C.
