Adam, we are part of a consortium which is buying the rights and equipment
for Bioten. We are interested in sites not only to re-erect the previously
operated power plant but also to install new units.

You may know that Bioten was capable of up to 10MW of renewable energy on a
variety of feed stocks. It was able to start up each morning and shut down
each evening, which is unusual in biomass power. This was possible due to the
technology utilizing a hot air turbine rather than steam. However, the unit
is capable of converting its 50MM BTU of surplus heat per hour into steam if a
customer requires it for another process or to increase the power available.

The unit also has the capacity to produce significant amounts of distilled
water per day. Using standard distillation equipment we can produce about
200,000 gallons. With vacuum technologies we can increase that to up to 10MM
gallons per day according to technology providers with whom we have spoken.
