[Gasification] FUEL SELECTION TO GASIFIER

For a long time, the biomass community has been talking about a lot of 
closely related and sometimes overlapping issues under a great variety of names, 
such as densification, fuel selection, fuel sizing, pelletizing and so on.   

It seems to me, that we should settle on an " umbrella term " such as " 
feedstock preparation " , so that it will be easier to follow threads in the 
future.

It seems to me that directly or indirectly, we are keep running up against 
the propagation aspect of combustion, both from particle to particle and from 
the particle surface to the particle interior. This propagation is very much 
affected by the number, size, shape, density and composition of the fuel 
particles.
