[Gasification] UK Documentary The Great Global Warming Swindle

What makes it the best?

It can't be it's credibility as a documentary, because it doesn't have any.

I'm also curious about what makes one think that Al gore is significant
among those who back the overwhelming majority of scientists worldwide.

The way to gather consensus is to work around those missing a keen eye
for the obvious. Reach out to their friends and neighbors, making them a
small enough minority that their rhetoric can no longer be dangerous.
The threat of global warming is too important for one to wait and see
what happens in order to say "I told you so".

Finally, I wonder what causes the imagination to seize when the idea of
global warming is discussed. Forget about the vast amount of supporting
data, the satellite photographs, the Antarctic ice core samples, the
elevation in temperature, the worldwide consensus among climate
scientists, etc, etc. Why is it so difficult to consider that 80,000,000
barrels of oil consumed worldwide, every day, might have an impact on
the environment?

Nobody is that ignorant! This is denial, pure and simple. "Don't believe
that their is a problem and their won't be one."

It will be interesting to see if this has any impact upon the snowballing panic underway in the media. All of the arguments pale against the real science. Now we need one to address the Big Bang crock.
