According to the Rocky Mountain Institute, a nuclear plant has a  
negative energy output, by the time you have finished using oil to  
build, maintain, and decommission it.  Does anyone know if France has  
the funds to store the hazardous waste and the technology to replace  
their spent reactors using electricity?  Most of the waste is not  
fuel that can be recycled but irradiated material from the reactor  
and refinery.  I know a fellow who got a 3-year old limousine for  
$400.  because it had been parked near the Pickering, Ontario reactor  
most of that time.
