[Gasification] Grate Design and stuff (Was) off topic discussion

Jeff, Toby and List.

It's a sad day in spring, when I see others feeling the same as I do/did,
for some reason, there are many "idea" people on this list of late (NOT
slamming the "do-ers"), the do-ers are like us, the ones with a real working
unit or units, then there are the "soons" they are wanting to build, but the
"idea" people fill the list with junk ! and the "soons" get lost in the
quagmire.

 Some may say "I thought you left this list (me that is, NO, just been in
limbo, waiting out the "Idea" people).

 So here's the scoop:

 Toby.. and Jeff, and anyone else that wants to ask a REAL question.... NOT
the ones that simply want a soapbox to shout from, Post here, I or other
true "do-ers" will see the message (we hope, through all the junk), and will
reply PERSONALLY to the post, why bother replying on the list, it will
simply get trashed by all the junk. THAT way, at least the person with a
question will actually get an answer............. (At least it's better one,
than none, get an answer).

Dear Toby,

I have noticed that Jim M and I (and others) have wrote a lot of
gasification e-mails that never get a reply. The one exception was when
you replied to my grate design. There seems to be a lack of interest in
this subject. I wonder why.
