[Gasification] Tom Miles, Credit Due

a wondeful thank you greg.  yes, the inspiration and service of tom, tom and
doug to the list continues to be exceptional.  many others too.  but the
toms and doug have guided all this expertly for years.  i am very grateful
for all the patience, wisdom and knowledge they continue to offer us
newbies.

depite the current discontent, i find this list to be the most rich power
engineering discussion that i have found online to date.  and i think i've
surveyed nearly all of them.  the collection of talent here is exceptional.

so i too would like to offer my sincere and deep thanks to the hosts and
participants for orchestrating all this.

let's continue to gasifier (but maybe with a little less hot air from many
of us).
