No idea for a cow but a pig has about a 3 to 1 ratio if not better...
Also a pig will produce a soil enrichment product! Not sure about a cow,
maybe that's why they are so much larger. :)
A pig will also produce some oil/lard, that could come in handy.
Bones can be converted to charcoal, was that called animal-charcoal...
Major chemical, food and soil enrichment device...
