[Gasification] "tube in tube" hearth V2.0

at the "Power Exchange" gasification workshop this weekend we started to
build the previously described "tube in tube" hearth, but with some
improvements.

instead of the choke plate to which "tubes in tubes" are welded above and
below, we instead took a single metal disk and cut many concentric rings
with inner and outer diameters matching the collection of tubes. each ring
is then welded at its related tube to tube joint point at the bottom in the
reduction zone. thus the char fills all the way to the way to the bottom of
each tube. not just to the "choke plate" point.

this means that BOTH the combustion zone and the reduction zone get good
"tube in tube" char based multi cell insulation.

here's the previously presented scenario:

here's the new scenario. choke plate cut in concentric rings and welded at
the bottom joint point between tubes.

                     | |
                     | |
                     | |
       ________| |________
      | | | |
      | | | |
      | | | |
      | | | |
      | | | |
      | | | | | |
      | | | | | | | |
      | | | | | | | | | |
      | | | | | | | | | | char insulation
      | | | |_| |_| | | |
      | | |_| |_| | |
      | |_| |_| |
      | | | |
      | | | |
      | | | |
      |_| _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _|_|

note the much improved char based insulation in the later version. char
fills from top, and fills spaces betweeen tubes for top to bottom multi
wall/cell insulation.
