GF and all, its a lot cheaper than you think!
You buy a "cruise control" kit from your local AutoParts warehouse. Most of
them get the road speed by operating a magnetic sensor or Hall effect
device against one or more magnets
clipped onto the drive shaft or a wheel. Some of them work with a light
detector diode that senses a spot of white paint on a rotating part. So,
then you araldite a button magnet on the flywheel of your engine and petrol
diesel gas whatever, away you go. Ken C.
