Dear Paul

Very interesting project!!

Some of the questions you may wish to address in your planning and
analysis would be as follows:

What is the approximate area of land covered by your Community?

What kinds and quantities of various biomass sources are available in
the area?

What would the various biomass materials cost, delivered to a possible
"central" location?

Do you already have a wind study showing that winds are sufficient to
justify the possible 500 KW wind turbine?

What are the present energy consumption patterns in teh Community?
(How much heat, how much electricity, demand pattern for both, cost for
both.)

Can you distribute the power you generate through the existing
distribution system to your "Group Members", or must you sell it to teh
Utility, and buy it back from them at their regular price?

Answers to the above questions should give you a better perspective on
what your best options would be.

Best wishes,

Kevin
