Wrong again Harmon.
We here in NM are active and aggressively going after them. And we will win.
Those fine enviro days of yore are gone. Those folk who have no interest
other than whining are on their way out the door.
All we need to ensure success is another socialist win next year to bring
the environmentalist(anti human, anti private property) agenda to the front
of the line and expose it for what it is.

Hardly! People who choose to build in heavily forested areas take
their chances, same as those who build in a flood plain, or in a
hurricane hotspot. I don't think even the insurance companies should
be totally liable unless the homeowners take out special policies.
