Bravo! In the "Great Charter" the establishment of a cooperative union
of States was specifically for the protection of Life Liberty and
(Private) Property. These things where held to be inviolable and "non
collective" in nature (to each man). Land grant acts and acts
establishing Buearo of Land Management (Mines, Forests etc.) were held
to be Trustees for the assets of a free people and charge with the duty
of putting these lands to Highest and Best use (mining claims auctions,
grazing rights actions, etc.) The fact that these organizations have
breached their fiduciary responsibility and through negligence
(bordering on criminal) caused a situation that reasonably made possible
damage to private property due to their failure or refusal to perform
makes these SERVANTS liable to the sovereigns and each of them who
through negligence sustained damage. A people who refuse to master
their servant government will soon find themselves mastered by it. We
the People ARE NOT meant to be subjects of a totalitarian collective or
Democracy mob rule. We are a Republic and join together not in
subjugation of any Unalienable right but for advancement/protection of
those rights.
If someone likes forests to be "left natural" let them BUY the
forest and leave it feral, don't make me pay for your playground.
