[Gasification] Anyone doing anything?

If you do some research at http://gasifiers.bioenergylists.org/ you will
find that the answer to the first question is yes. A design that is
"successfully and repeatably built" is usually sold as a commercial product.
You will find that there are companies using many of the design concepts
discussed here. But you'll have to research the activities of the individual
companies to appreciate that.
A few people have generously shared detailed gasifier design information on
the web. If you are waiting for more then you will be waiting a long time. I
do not know of any entities that are organized for the purpose of
disseminating prints and instructions for gasifiers for free. People tend to
post design concepts, or their direct experience with design concepts, and
invite comment rather than donate detailed construction drawings. Or, like
Mark, Jeff and others they publish photos of their working models.
