Harmon, Bob and others friends.
  Sugar cane yield 14 to one for ethanol production, but 17 to one in meat production.
  What happens if prices of meals grows according to Chicago increases?

As will turkeys and chickens if you raise them naturally, giving
them free range on pasture. Same for beef and hogs. Feeding any of
them entirely (or even mostly) on grain is quite unhealthy, both for
the animal and the eater. Unless, of course, you first make ethanol
with the grain, then feed them the spent mash, that's much more
healthy, and they gain more weight, and gain it faster, but still
should be mostly on pasture. And that's healthier for the planet as
well -- permanent or even semi-permanent -- pastures gets rid of most
of the plowing, planting, soil erosion, herbicides, etc. Permaculture
rules! Even for biofuels -- cattails for ethanol or digesters or even
gasifiers, plant once, harvest forever.
