[Gasification] Is anybody here actually doing anything?

Forget it.
I can see now that you do not understand the least thing about getting
anything done with gasification.
Otherwise you would understand that selling is exactly what you need to do.
I recon you figure to succeed with government handouts and robbery of the
taxpayer.
Good bye
Bad Luck

This list appeals to a demographic which has already been "sold" on the
idea. Those who need a pitch or some kind of convincing, have yet to develop
a broader understanding of the motivation behind members in this list (and
others like it). "Selling" is almost an obsolete word in this context
because, it implies that money is the highest (and perhaps only) priority.

If all anyone was interested in was market share, this would be a petroleum
list. With respect to gasification, popularity (or as you say, "public
acceptance") won't develop from a free market. It won't be driven by
whatever is cheapest, or from a technology with an abundance of
documentation which does everything but assemble a device for you. It will
develop from a popular movement to live in a healthy and sustainable
environment. That goes WAY beyond gasification alone.

acceptable to the common man."
Right. Market share is suffering because apparently some secret society has
prevented 60+ year-old technology from reaching "the common man". It's
pretty remarkable that this is happening despite the dawn of the greatest
depository of information ever conceived by our species.
In fact, there is no shortage of designs - some of which are scalable to
some extent. I'm sure you would be pleased if a detailed set of drawings
were created for every arrangement and size but, how realistic would that
be?
Please don't ask for others to do your work for you. There is a reason why
this technology is not widely commercialized, and it has to do with culture,
politics, economics and a host of other variables. Criticizing this list for
not serving up everything you need on a silver platter is like criticizing
an R&D group for researching and developing (what you like to call "yack
yack yack").
Do yourself a favor: Stop insulting the members of this list, pick up a book
(many of which are re-printed from the 1940's) and show a little respect.
