[Gasification] Man made global warming and gasification

It is not necessary to use man made global warming as an incentive for 
gasification development, as one aspect of this is when the assumption that man 
causes it is debunked, it will take the hit and suffer unnecessarily. I am 
currently in the UK  where gasoline is £.98/ imperial liter. If this is not incentive 
enough for gasification, then there isn't or will ever be an incentive for 
gasification? The orginal statement I issued was that Mars is suffering the same 
loss of ice on it's poles as earth, which links it more to solar cycle than 
accumulation of CO2.
