Hi Jerome
I can probably provide you with at hot gas pump that will work in the range
of 400-600 degree C depending on the tars in your gas.
Its a prototype and has to serviced often until you find your running mode.
It will suck aprox. 2000-3000 mm. Vg.
And move in the range of 20-600 kg hot gas pr.hr. depending your demands
The basic price without electrical devices is aprox. 4000 euro.
You can mail me at fh at tke.dk for pictures and further information.

David, I am sorry to bother you after you directed us to the "eductor '
pump.
When I read some of the materials it seems that this pump handles liquids.
Will you please briefly explain which fluid to push in the eductor in order
to cause the hot wood gas to be sucked.

Look up "eductor" for a pump which will suck hot gasses with neither
moving parts nor real temperature limits. Okay, you can melt the
materials you make it from, but even that is pretty well above the
gasification temperatures in the char when you use steel.
