the best site i found for concentrating solar things is the
www.redrok.com. concentrating solar often gets into heat storage.
there is some info on this here:
http://www.redrok.com/concept.htm#thermalconnection. somewhere on the
site you will find a larger chart of specific heat and phase change
temps for various candidate substances. there are some links to
companies that work in phase change heat storage.
good luck finding your way around the site. but with a little effort,
it is very rewarding.
