[Gasification] wood gasifiers

Dear Winifried

Concerning your overall requirements, do you really need a gasifier? Do 
you really need an indirect heat exchanger system?

Options could include:
1: Direct combustion of the dry sawdust, with the products of combustion 
being diluted by air, and then ducted to the corn dryer.

2: Direct combustion of the dry sawdust, with a heat exchanger for 
heating air, with the indirectly heated air being ducted to the corn dryer.

3: Gasification of dry sawdust, combustion of the gas to heat air 
directly, with this air and products of combustion being ducted to the 
corn dryer

4: Gasification of dry sawdust, combustion of the gas, heat exchanger to 
heat air indirectly, directly, with this heated air being ducted to the 
corn dryer.

#1 is cheapest, #4 is most expensive.

How many such Driers would you see a Market for?

Would you have an idea of an approximate price your Customer could 
afford to pay for such driers?

Would you have more information on the sawdust.... specifically, screen 
sizes, range of moisture contents, and wood species.

When would you need such driers? Where would they be shipped to?
