Dear Jeff

"Algae" comes in many sizes, shapes and flavors. Could you please
describe yours?
Color? Is it free floating or anchored to the bottom? Is it like a
slime, or is it more like a weed? How big or how long would the largest
piece be?

We wouldn't be so lucky that you could give us a URL for a picture of
it, would we? :-)

Best wishes,

Kevin
