Dear All!
The Huber process has several generations of parents And looks so similar
like a twin or a hard copy to patents starting in the early 1918th to the 30
ties and 70 ties and then 90 ties and the same process has now in my
knowledge 5 claiming inventors.
In Brazil and Germany they know this process as LTC Low Temperature
Conversion (1980 Prof.E Bayer and Kutbuddin) in Brazil as CBT Conversion a
Baja Temperatura ,1996 R. Damos and G Romeiro) in the states a clever
Businessman claims it as well as his invention John Riviera or Rivera
process, in the early 20 ties applied originally to anthracite coal the name
was different ( have to look it up again, was some polish descendant name
like Kowalsky process ore something similar). The German professor who made
the last viable intent and patent was called Bayer ( died in 2002).Now they
call it Huber process?
What amazes me ( I my self am working on this process over 10 years now,
that's why I know a little about the history) is that every now and then
there are popping up some professors or researchers from universities all
over the world and present the same again after squeezing out some public
funding for there ( copied ) invention and somehow always get the same stuff
all over patented again. Then after some month with some good press (
reporters don't read patent applications, they are knowingly not the
smartest concerning technology or inventor ship) they find how to start a
financing company to get some poor dumb investors to spend there savings in
"up coming world saving brand new technology which will make them multi
millionaires over night) or some universities join the scam and then they
build a small working model to get more investors to loose there money and
suddenly when enough was scammed the project is disappearing from the
landscape because someone was claiming at the patent office that they had
overlooked at least 5 patents which are 30 or more years older and already
claim the same.
Is it just me who sees that there is something wrong in the picture ? Or
does nobody care anymore?
If you just could go to the patent office and type in : all falsely claimed
, stolen , copied patents please step out! There would not be left more then
0.05% of the actual valid patents.
Best regards Nikolaus
