[Gasification] Precer Biomass Hybrid Car

  The specifications for the Precer car includes an electric plug.  Maybe the Stirling extends the range once the batteries are up or it sits and runs continuously until the batteries are charged, consuming fuel without going anywhere.  
   
  What type of batteries do they use?  Are they off the shelf lead acid, gel, or more expensive lithium?   I'd rather see an electric/diesel 914 Porsche at about 80 mpg.
   
  A former mentor of mine believed that steam would return as a motive power.  I believe he was a wise man.
