The thermal destruction of bio material by the hot exhaust gas from a heat engine,  together with the addition of steam within the confines of a microwave plasma will produce clean synthetic flammable gas (or liquid). suitable for running the heat engine, which generates the power for the production of the plasma. this is not perpetual motion.
