[Gasification] Gasification of green biomass

Hello, 

About two years ago, someone posted to advertise a device such as a boiler that could run cleanly and effeciently on green freshly cut wood. If my memory is correct it was someone from the vermont or new england region and he actually sold for a few dollars a full report of his invention. 

Was this a real descovery? Can anyone indicate to me where I can find this project?
