I am sorry to hear that you rate yourself as a "poor citizen". You may
be low on cash money, but you are very wealthy in the
essentials...intelligence, values, resourcefulness and drive are evident
from your postings, and there is enough to infer that you are a loving
and caring person, with a good Family situation, a large circle of
friends, and a land base. Many other people just have money.
I am confident that you can accomplish anything feasible that is
important to you.
