[Gasification] Early fuel research

In the early 20th century, there existed a Fuel Reasarch Board in the UK.

They researched properties of coal and gaseous fuels and their applications.

This 1924, 4-page paper summarises some of their work and is well worth a 
read - especially for those interested in gasification, and "new" fuels such 
as cellulosic ethanol.
