[Gasification] FOOD vs. FUEL DEBATE

Friend, two portuguese people Joaquim e Manoel was speaking about to travel to the sun. Manoel says to Jaoquim but you will burnt going to the sun. Joaquim answer, not ; I will go in the night.
Photosyntesis is in quantitative means the most important chemical/physical reaction over the world. Fires and rot are enemys of this reaction. Human people need not only food and energy also materials as fibers to make its clothes or charcoal for steel industry. The only secret for me is the administration in sustainable form this resuorces.

convert vegetation matter to fuel would destroy huge amounts of plant matter  that 
would soon turn out like corn.  Any singular crop will take a lot of  control 
to plant and harvest just as corn or any other food crop.  Plus not  allowing 
the plant matter to rot robs the soil and micro organisms of vital  nutrients. 
 
If you want energy go to the primary source "the sun" where all of our  
energy comes from.
