I am owner/partner of Scenario - Best Case Development. We are an
engineering and consulting firm specializing in W2E and Renewable energy
development. Our key partner in providing gasification pyrolysis is
Intervate/Organics out of the UK. We are in the process of working on
several projects together in Europe utilizing the gasification pyrolysis
technology. The current specific applications are wood chip waste from a
furniture factory, sunflower husks, cellulose.
Our Clean Pyrolysis can take a range of waste types which as long as they
have a solids content of 60 percent or above can, with minimal pre treatment
pyrolyse and convert heat to power using a safe steam cycle.
The technology has been developed by a UK based company Organics who have
over 400 installations worldwide and a wealth of experience in design and
build of a range of equipment including leachate treatment, ammonia
stripping, and flare stacks to name just a few.
Organics are now keen to market their clean pyrolysis technology and can
provide detailed proposals which are fully costed and offer process
guarantees. Through our agent(Intervate) we can provide detailed thermal and
financial modeling and will require details of the quantity, and dryness of
each waste to be treated.
I would be happy to formally provide additional information and/or
introductions should you require.
Please advise if I may be of further assistance.
Best Regards,
Paula

Kevin,
I'll restate my question, "where are there specific sites where gasification
is not too expensive to operate without subsidy?"
New Brunswick? Where and how long has a gasifier been in economic operation?
