Sure.  To a psychopath, it is just smart marketing for bullets.

As long as I'm here, Greg, I'll mention the PTSD case I'm helping.   
He never has flashbacks about peacetime.  He'd be a war expense if  
benefits hadn't been cut, along with laws being broken.  Then there's  
the extraordinary wear and tear and loss of equipment.  GIs  get  
their pay docked for little stuff, but it doesn't cover major  
equipment.  Also . . . I could waste all day on you with other  
examples, but I think you're a troll.
