OK.... install a CO alarm in the area where the Visitors are liable to
be. Put up a sign "Exit Area Immediately if CO Alarm Sounds"

Put up a sign(s) near hot areas "Warning: Hot Surfaces. Do not Touch.
With these simple precautions, the Insurance Company would not have to
protect you aginst possible damage claims for these "credible hazards."

Another way is to ask the Insurance Company what hazards they are
concerned about. You may be able to come up with other equally simple
"safety measures" that will drop the insurance cost significantly.
