First off, IANAL, so you would be nuts to take any advice w/o checking 
with a lawyer.
That said, business SOP is to set up an enitity, such as an LLC, and 
insure it through that.  That way, if someone sues for the asthma she 
developed
after breathing in gas, the LLC is the vehicle that would be sued.  You 
would have to prove you took all reasonable precautions to avoid being 
named.

Consult a lawyer, and look at an umbrella policy for yourself as well.
