Charles, Mike & Bob.

This boiler exist and run in Angatuba SP where I´m now writing for you.
We arrives in 2006 to follow project of production of meals and fuels.
Major José Emilio Carlos Lisboa goes to Mateus Leme
in Minas Gerais to bought plans and boiler .
They take stainless steel from broker in Boituva SP.
Weldings was made by council employees.
Column design is very good; 35 plates with bubbling caps , nine inches diameter and thirty feet high.
We claim about welds because was not make into standards.
   They dont polishes welds.
Dont passivate it with cromic acid and really duty seems tinker.
Others government authorities order to disassembly it by risks.
UNICA, sindicate of sugar cane give one column under standards free charge.
We make dark brown sugar cane course and sugar cane syrup.
In september 2007 we discover producing this meals you obtain more money than making fuels.
My layout is other for distillery.
To use waste heat from gasifier linked
to sugar cane mill and electric generator.
Sugar cane bagasse is burned now.
Our idea is to keep it for cattle breeding
spraying with calciun hydroxide to conserves it and
  giving "pre-digestion" adding calcium for
  milk increase production
I agree with alls about respecting standards
making steel constructions principally ASME ,
ASTM & SAE. Is our compass.
  Regards, Ben

The ASME began as an adjunct to insurance companies, and both grew
rich while making the country far safer than when boiler explosions
were sometimes attributed to demons. Only inspected boilers would be
insured, and no hanky-panky was used, but it still paid off like a
traditional protection racket. Those books of standards are worth
their weight in gold and blood. That's why I'm here - internal
combustion is safer, and more efficient on a small scale.

Best,
Bob Stuart
