My cart is no longer used as a golf cart so it isn't really a golf cart.
In PA you are allowed to run a garden type machine (tractor, lawn mower)
along or on the road without a registration. Also farm equipment is
allowed but golf carts are not allowed (if used for golfing). I also have
a slow moving vehicle sign on it and the trailer. I have drove past the
police and so far they don't say anything.
