Atomic weight of Oxygen is   16
Atomic weight of Hydrogen is 1
Water molecule H2O            18

18 Kg of water weights: 16 kg of oxygen and 2 kg of hydrogen
Water density 1.0 kg/L
So, for: 1.0 L you have 1.0 kg of water
1.0 kg of water create 0.111 kg of H2 and 0.889 kg of O2 

for:
0.111 kg of H2 
H2 density:   0.08988 g/L  you  have  1.236 m3 of  H2 at 273.15 K (0.0 C), 101.3 pascal ( 1.0 atm)

1.24 m3 H2 approxim.

I believe this anwer your question.
