[Greenbuilding] Arnie's natural ventilation system

Dear list,

	In my present quest for academic papers on natural ventilation, I've  
found a paper written for the State of California on micro-processor  
control of whole house ventilation systems - to monitor outdoor  
temperatures, compare with internal, and turn on a fan sucking cool,  
night air in to provide over night cooling to reduce the day-time use  
of aircon. It was written in 2002-03. At the time, they said that  
there was no kit available to do this cheaply (or at all) Has anyone  
any idea if it has been put on the market?
