[Greenbuilding] CArpet pad, if not green, at least no PBDEs?

I know carpet is hardly the optimum green floor covering.
We only need it for one room.

We've chased all over looking for carpet pad that is at once soft  
(not jute or felt)

but doesn't contain PBDEs from pieced together recycled foam.

So maybe this is more of a healthy building than a green building  
question.

What I've noticed in looking for green carpet and pad is that it's  
not hard to find for large commercial orders,

but quite difficult when you're looking for less than  200 square feet.
