[Greenbuilding] Ecological shower enclosure options

Hello all,

In seeking options for an ecological shower enclosure, I came up short.

Any experience with any recycled molded products?

Tile is a maintenance issue...any way around that?

We were talking about a smooth cement/lime stucco with waterproofing
additives and/or a membrane under neither of which seem to be
"ecological".  Any recyclecd rubber membranes out there.

I will be doing exterior lime and interior clay plasters on this house. I
have heard of lime plaster showers.  I have lime plaster experience but
how is this different? How do they hold up?
