[Greenbuilding] recycled translucent plastic

I am interested in using recycled plastic as a sheathing material for a
project we are working on in our office. I am familiar with 3Form's
products, but I am hoping that someone can direct me to another (cheaper)
source for translucent recycled plastic.  I have seen some indication that
it is out there in consumer products.  I have also seen reference to
recycled polypropylene sheeting for a project that was featured in Dwell
Magazine.  Does anyone know of or have info on recycled translucent plastic?
