[Greenbuilding] Recycled rubber membrane

Not sure if this material will work for a shower membrane, but it might.

It is a recycled rubber membrane used for roofing applications.

It replaces ice & water shield without the asphalt component.

Subject: [Greenbuilding] Ecological shower enclosure options

Hello all,

We were talking about a smooth cement/lime stucco with waterproofing
additives and/or a membrane under neither of which seem to be
"ecological".  Any recyclecd rubber membranes out there.
