Good idea. I don't believe that disinfecting a floor is necessary -
just get the dirt off. What do people think they are going to do after
using all these disinfectants - eat off the floor? Currently I have
sheet vinyl linoleum, the new house will have sealed stained concrete,
so slopping on plenty of hot water is a real option. Baking soda would
be a good chemical to dissolve any ionic stain, but less so against a
greasy stain. Hot water and elbow grease works pretty well against a
lot of stains.

The guy who recommends how much soap to use is also the guy who sells
