[Greenbuilding] insulation vacuum?

If I blow cellulose insulation with my insulation blower into 2x4 wall
cavities through holes near the top and bottom of each cavity can I expect
the insulation to hold its (densely packed) shape enough to put up with the
subsequent removal (two to three winters later) of exterior siding and the
addition of Larsen trusses before adding much more of this insulation?
Can I do anything to the gradually exposed columns of cellulose to keep them
stable?

Assuming the answer is not an unqualified 'yes,' and I decided to extract
that same insulation (densely packed into 2x4 existing wall cavities) does a
machine exist to do this? If so, into what might one suck this temporarily?

Are there other ways to handle such a situation?

Thanks.
