IMHO, the low-flush toilets are a high priority for places like Phoenix
or CA, with extremely limited water supplies. In my area, the largest
groundwater recharge area in the states, and next to the Missouri river,
water conservation is moot. We'd have to suck the Missouri river dry to
affect the groundwater table, a quick calc shows that this river could
supply the State of California with all of it's fresh water needs
easily. We tend to focus on other things. This shows that Green should
vary by locality, consider what local resources are scarce and which are
plentiful.

Here is another point: You can pay a whale of a lot for specialized
"Green" finishes from wonderful companies like AFM Safecoat, with near
zero VOC's. I went down to my local hardware store, and discovered a
very cost competitive floor varnish, water soluble, 160G/L VOC's, in
both a Minwax and a House brand. You can't even smell the stuff when it
is going down on the floor, makes as shiny a floor as I've seen
anywhere. Is 160G/L considered Green? I dunno, but it works for me.

Importance: Low

We do sell Toto toilets, and they have a dual flush, but it does not
come in
comfort height.
