Nice article, but it seems an indictment of large, complicated, and 
badly designed heating systems.  Building a cheap, simple, well 
designed radiant floor heating system can be done even in a well-built 
home.

It also a good example of fuzziness.  A good (or even the best) heating 
system may not be appropriate for a well designed house.
