[Greenbuilding] Help wanted

Here's an opportunity for anyone wanting to build a post-&-beam strawbale
structure.  Come to Kansas and live in my solar cob house while building the
structure begun beside it, which already has completed basement, post and
beams and clay tile roof.  Needs strawbale walls, entryways on both ends,
floor for a balcony, Rumford/Kiva fireplace.  Most windows and one exterior
door have already been purchased.  Owner retired, and just tired of having
full responsiblity for the building process, but willing to lend whatever
cob- or design-consulting necessary.  This is on an Indian reservation where
no building codes exist to be a hassle to natural building concepts.  It's
on 30 acres: 10 native tallgrass prairie and 20 timber.  Could be for sale,
on contract, or am willing to discuss any viable possibilities.  Goal was
originally for a retreat center--still can be, as it's a great location for
