[Greenbuilding] Baxi Luna Question

Thomas:

We have a Baxi Luna providing DHW and radiant heating for (currently)
450 SF, to be expanded to 900 SF later this year. We don't have a
holding tank or expansion tank. It works great. Although I'm not a
plumber, as far as I know, the Baxi Luna has an expansion tank
internally.

I would agree with George that your plumber underbid the job--the retail
price on just the Baxi is $3000+ USD, wholesale would be about $2000 I
suspect. Seems to me you need to find a new plumber.

Regards,
Steve Mann
